Utilities Commission

We helped create a new headquarters for a local utilities commission in the heart of downtown Orlando. The interiors of this 10 story building reflect the more modern look of a utility company. Conservation was extremely important to the client, and the building was no exception. It achieved LEED Gold certification as well as an Energy Star rating.
